八大聯校運動2020八大續綠日常」意家居篇

In light of the escalating COVID-19 pandemic around the world, most of us are staying at home for study and work to prevent the transmission of the disease. The HKSCC sincerely presents our yearly Joint University Campaign, “UNIfy: Sustainable Living #StayAtHome Edition” online to promote healthy and sustainable living in this difficult time.

Every week in April, we will share tips on four themes: 1) Wellness; 2) Energy Saving: 3) Low-carbon Diet; and 4) Zero-waste.

全球受著新冠肺炎疫情的影響,大多數人都留在家中學習及工作,盡力減低病毒的傳播。在此困難時刻,香港可持續校園聯盟特意將年度八大聯校運動改為網上進行,推「八大續綠日常」綠意家居篇,繼續推廣在家健康及綠色生活的資訊。

Workout From Home

在家運動

Practise Mindfulness

Staying healthy physically and mentally are of equal importance. Find a cosy corner at home, sit comfortably in easy pose, close your eyes, practise breathing and meditation with @Stilltogether (live and online resources) or @Smilingmind (app).

正念練習

鍛鍊身體固然重要,心靈亦需同樣程度的照料。在家中找一個舒適的角落,盤腿而坐,閉上雙眼與@一起靜(網上直播及短片)@Smiling Mind(應用程式)一同呼吸,好好練習。
